RAPP at Russell School

RAPP is a program in which a group of students that have been trained are helping out to solve conflicts. Students fill out applications to be a Rapper. Then if they make it to Rapp they go to an all day training. In the training they learn different skills in being a Rapper, for instance, solving problems, and mediation. Mediation is where two Rappers go to solve a problem. Each little group of Rappers have a day to go out and solve problems at a lower grades recess.
