Review of the Menus

FILE MENU

The file menu is similar to the file menu in most other programs. Here you can Open, Save and Save As, and Print. Notice the two little arrows on the bottom of the menu. When you put your mouse over them more options appear. Other things to notice are:

Pack And Go-PowerPoint can make combine your presentation with a viewer so that it can be taken on a disk to any machine, even one without PowerPoint.

Save As a Web Page-You can save your presentation as a Web Page here!

Send To-The presentation can be sent to a Microsoft Word format or e-mailed to someone from this spot.

EDIT MENU

The Edit Menu is also similar to other edit menus that you have seen. Aside from the common functions of cut and paste in the Edit Menu you can also Delete a Slide.
