Working with Frames

PowerPoint 2000 has added frames to the window that you look at so that you can see several things at once. On the left side is the Outline that you are creating with your slides. The main screen shows the slide that you are working on. The bottom is a window that will allow you to type notes. PowerPoint allows you to print various ways. When you are done you can print note pages like in your Manual. You can also print your outline or you can print note pages for yourself that contain one slide and the notes that you typed about it. All of these options can be found in the PRINT window. (Choose FILE, then PRINT).

You can adjust the frames to show more of what you are interested in. See the picture above. Your mouse pointer will turn into parallel lines with arrows when you scroll over the border. If you press the button down and drag the windows will change size.
